Environmental policy

UNIROCA S.A.S., as a company dedicated to the manufacturing of uniforms and safety footwear, considers protecting the environment a priority, which is why it integrates sound environmental practices into each of its actions.

The Environmental Management Policy is based on administrative procedures that involve the lowest possible environmental impacts in the company's development, with its purpose being continuous improvement and compliance with environmental standards.

To carry out its environmental policy, UNIROCA S.A.S. commits to evaluating the environmental impacts of its activities' operations in order to reduce them as much as possible through the establishment of appropriate environmental goals and objectives.

Specifically, the company aims to achieve the following commitments through the continuous implementation of the Environmental Management System:

Comply with legal and other requirements, respecting current environmental regulations.
Implement environmental protection standards in all areas of the Plant.
Ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities according to this policy.
Prevent contamination by chemicals that could affect both the health of our employees and any unfavorable impact on the environment.
Respond to concerns from the community, legal authorities, or any other organization interested in our environmental performance.
Identify the most relevant environmental requirements that are consistently met.
Advance in meeting established environmental goals and objectives through internal and external evaluations and reviews.
Properly manage the waste generated in the operation of activities, in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment.
