Occupational Safety and Health Policy
- UNIROCA (Industrial Uniforms – Quin Lop S.A.S. Clothing and Footwear), as a large company dedicated to the manufacture of footwear and clothing (CIIU Code 1521 and CIIU Code 1410), is committed to complying with current Colombian occupational safety and health standards, giving full importance to the human capital involved in the different activities of its corporate purpose, regardless of their form of contract or affiliation, including contractors and subcontractors, as a fundamental value in achieving its strategic objectives.
- UNIROCA is committed to developing all actions aimed at identifying hazards, evaluating and assessing occupational risks to establish their respective controls; likewise, to allocating the necessary human, technical, and economic resources for the implementation of the OSH-MS, complying with current legal legislation, through continuous improvement to protect the safety and health of all workers.
- Management supports the different Occupational Safety and Health committees in fulfilling their functions as bodies for the promotion and surveillance of norms and regulations within the company. Employees must participate in all promotion and prevention activities and report the risks to which they are exposed, contributing to the continuous improvement of their occupational safety and health conditions.
- Finally, the commitment to maintain, preserve, and improve health conditions ultimately depends on each and every member of the organization; their participation and contributions are part of building a safe and healthy work environment.
