This privacy notice (hereinafter "Notice") establishes the terms and conditions under which UNIROCA S.A.S., identified with NIT 890.913.861-2 and domiciled at Carrera 43f #14-109 in Medellín – Antioquia, will process your personal data.

PROCESSING AND PURPOSE

The processing that UNIROCA S.A.S. will carry out with personal information will be as follows: collect, store, use, validate, measure, inform, communicate, send surveys, promotional campaigns, loyalty campaigns, send invitations, and transmit or transfer, as the case may be, personal data, fully complying with the provisions contained in Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013.

UNIROCA S.A.S. is committed to complying with the regulations and recommendations of the Superintendency of Corporations, adopting the SELF-CONTROL AND INTEGRAL LA/FT/FP RISK MANAGEMENT regime and reporting suspicious operations to the UIAF, and integrating it into its policies for the different processes carried out by the company during the execution of its corporate purpose.

ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

UNIROCA S.A.S. establishes its Anti-Corruption Policy to guarantee the transparency of the actions of all employees, managers, legal representatives, contractors, suppliers, and/or collaborators who have commercial or contractual relationships with the company, to prevent the materialization of Corruption and Transnational Bribery risks, working under clear principles and directives regarding third-party compensation, conflicts of interest, sanctions, consents and information, monitoring system, and complaints and suggestions system.
